Spring Holidays
Every holiday is worth considering when it comes to your marketing agenda. Here’s three big ones to consider.
- Easter – One of the most Eggcelent holidays for marketing purposes. Have an in-store Easter egg hunt to get some family foot traffic into your store. If your store isn’t quite big enough for a full-on hunt, you can always sponsor one that’s off the premises.
- Mother’s Day – Everyone who has a mom in their life is probably going to need a gift come Mother’s Day. That’s where you come in. This is the time to promote your most motherly items.
- Cinco De Mayo – People love to party on Cinco De Mayo. Why not liven up your store’s atmosphere and run a festive sale on the big day?
Note: Don’t forget St. Patrick’s Day too on March 17th! While not technically a spring holiday, it’s only three days off.

The annual NCAA college basketball tournament is such an easy event to capitalize on in your marketing efforts.
