Guaranteed Response Time on any Primary Outage is less than 1 hour, typically within 15 minutes or less. We provide on-site staff engagement for immediate response, when possible; and certified reps are always ready to be deployed when necessary.
Catastrophic Equipment Failure can typically be resolved in 1 hour or less with our Engineering and Proactive Equipment Monitoring & Support Model. Networks can be setup with Hot Swappable, Redundant Prepositioned Equipment (RPE) for all critical equipment.
Autonomous Response & Self-Healing
Our networks can detect a non-responsive Access Point and automatically restart the Access Point. All self-healing actions are automatically reported to aid in the early detection of equipment that may be failing or being subjected to outside factors – such as degraded wiring, or a failing POE switch.
